旁白:梨山茶是高級工藝,要做好,真的很難。

旁白:做茶有多難,梨山土生土長的茶農,陳孟智最知道。

陳:在工作的環境下是原始森林,然後跟茶樹一起生長,看看昆蟲,看看土壤,想一下說下  

 一季的茶葉我們要做什麼樣的風味給大家去品嚐。

旁白:說得一派輕鬆,但6年前陳孟智剛回到自家茶園耕作,一季春茶就幾乎把他擊垮。

陳:一開始剛銜接的時候,我就是以電腦工程師的方式去做管理也好,製作也好,在製作過

    程才發現說,這不是單單像電腦工程這麼簡單。

旁白:電腦工程師出身的他,千算萬算,算不到老天爺根本不想讓他算,高海拔的茶區優勢

    變成劣勢。

陳:在海拔兩千公尺以上高山,它的早晚溫差極大,在製作過程當中你發現你會被天氣所影

    響。

旁白:梨山的好,不只山好,茶好,製茶的工藝更好。

陳:茶湯顏色,綠中帶黃,就是代表著梨山茶高海拔的香氣與喉韻,你如果太青,他只有香

    氣沒有喉韻,那也很常有一些人會有腸胃不適的問題。

旁白:結合好茶與好工藝,他的梨山茶才真正開花結果。在台灣獲獎無數,更連續三年拿到比利時iTQi三星認證的水晶獎盃。

陳:我是梨山小孩,我想把梨山茶做好,讓世界因為好茶認識梨山,更認識台灣,這樣我就心滿意足了。

Narrator: Lishan tea is an advanced craft. It is really difficult to make it well.

Narrator: Chen Mengzhi, a tea farmer who was born and raised in Lishan, knows how difficult it is to make teas.


Mr. Chen: The working environment is a virgin forest. We grow up with tea trees, look at insects as well as the soil,  At the same time, we are thinking about what kind of flavor of the tea we should plant for people to taste in the next season.

 

Narrator:  It’s easier said and done. However,  when Chen Mengzhi returned to his tea garden to cultivate tea, one season of spring tea almost beated him down six years ago.

 

Mr. Chen: When I  took over this job, I used the way of a computer engineer to do management and production. I found out  this is not just as simple as computer engineering.

 

Narrator:  As a computer engineer, he was good at counting, but God didn't want him so in terms of tea agriculture. The advantage of the high-altitude tea area turned into a disadvantage.

 

Mr. Chen: At the mountains above 2000 meters, the temperature difference between morning and night is extremely large. During the production process, you will find that you will be affected by the weather.

Narrator: Lishan is famous for not only the mountain but the tea; the tea-making craftsmanship is better than the former one.

 

Mr. Chen: The tea soup with green and yellow represents the high-altitude aroma and throat rhyme of Lishan tea. If it is too green, it has only the aroma and no throat rhyme. Some people often have gastrointestinal discomfort because of it.

 

Narrator: Combining good tea and craftsmanship, his Lishan tea really get paid. He won numerous awards in Taiwan, and the Belgian iTQi Samsung-certified crystal trophy for three consecutive years.

 

Mr. Chen: I am a child in Lishan.  I want to let the world know more about Li-Mountain by the good quality of tea. Then, I will be satisfied.
